SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping within the UK takes 5-14 business days at the rate of £5. In the event that your order exceeds £200, your shipping is free of charge. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping, the following charges and delivery times apply:

US	£20	10 to 21 business days
Rest of the world	£25	14 to 25 business days

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries if and when applicable. 

MADE-TO-ORDER 

Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the item purchased. We will contact you directly to let you know the turnaround time and cost before purchasing the made-to-order piece. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nina@lulalaora.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
